Clesana C1 L patří do kategorie suchých toalet. Nepotřebuje žádnou chemii, ani vodu, ale na rozdíl od běžných suchých toalet poskytuje pro uživatele poměrně zásadně vylepšený komfort. Po použití toalety je odpad zavařen do nepropustného plastového sáčku. Ty se shromažďují v nádobě pod toaletou a jsou následně určeny pro vyhození do běžného odpadu a následné zpracování ve spalovnách.
WC Clesana C1L flexibilní a ekologické řešení pro chaty bez připojení k vodě a kanalizaci a také pro kempování ve volné přírodě, kde není možné vylít obsah chemického WC.
Verze této toalety disponuje "L" adaptérem,díky kterému lze toaletu instalovat na zeď Vašeho vozidla. Tento adaptér obvykle zakrývá i původní servisní dvířka
K provozu toalety jsou nezbytné speciální absorpční sáčky na odpad Clesana, které se dokupují samostatně. Balení zavařovací fólie, která vydrží přibližně na 26 – 36 použití toalety. Jednou za čas musíte vyměnit teflonový pásek na zavařovacím mechanismu, který vydrží přibližně na 1500 použití toalety.
